3.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from registering for or using thr138 Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.

• Immediate family members of thr138 employees or contractors.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Individuals who have been previously excluded or banned from thr138 for fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to:
